What has been the most helpful tip to maintain balance while working remotely?

All heart. Although the pandemic has brought with it uncertainty and anxiety, some staff members have found creative ways to give back to their community. 66 % Did someone say RELAX? Those seeking a more exciting city vacation accounted for 16 percent, while 18 percent would choose to visit family.

Create a separate space for work if possible to assist in the transition to “office hours.” Close down shop at the end of the day. While it is important to keep distractions at bay during your work hours, it is just as essential to maintain boundaries during your personal time. Minimize business interruptions while you are off the clock in order to fully recharge for the next day.
