visit our programs and real happy hours, we’re finding other ways to stay connected through the ups and downs of the pandemic. Here you’ll find some highlights from the past fewmonths and insights from a headquarters staff survey on adapting to life away from the office. As the health of Creative staff and their families remains our top priority, it may be some time before we’re reunited face to face. Until then, we’ll keep adapting, looking out for one another, reaching out via Zoom and stay- ing in touch remotely!

Since saying goodbye (temporar- ily) to our physical offices earlier this year, Creative staff members have discovered challenges and joys in working from home, new hobbies and another meaning to “business casual.” Creative’s commitment to our work hasn’t changed — but how we work certainly looks quite dif- ferent. Children, family members and pets make guest appearances during virtual meetings. Office lo- cations shift from desks to kitchen counters to backyard tables. And while we miss seeing our colleagues in person, traveling to
