Six distinguished experts in development, diplomacy and multilateral relations will form Creative Associates Internation- al’s Global Advisory Board. “We are proud to have this outstanding team of experts whose guidance will contribute to the continuing success of Creative as a leading global development company,” says Leland Kruvant, President and CEO of Creative. “They will play an important role in providing their special experience and in- sight into today’s development landscape and future trends.” Kruvant, who will chair Creative’s Global Advisory Board, says it is a non-governing body that will provide advice to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

Nisha Desai Biswal : Biswal served as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, Assistant Administrator for Asia at the U.S. Agency for Interna- tional Development, and as a professional staff member in Congress. Biswal is currently a Senior Advisor with the Albright Stonebridge Group
and a Board Member with the Institute for Sustainable Communities. 2. Andrew Natsios : Natsios led the U.S. Agency for International Development from 1993 to 1998. He was also named Special Envoy to Sudan and CEO of Boston’s “Big Dig” tunnel construc- tion project. Natsios is
