Commending a Creative Leader Senior Vice President Tom Wheelock announces retirement

TomWheelock is retiring after 12 years of leadership at Creative.

After 12 years of leading Creative’s Communities in Transition Division through many successes, TomWheelock has announced his retirement. During his tenure, Wheelock oversaw the implemen- tation of programming in some of the world’s toughest environments, including transitions, stabilizations, governance and the prevention of violent extremism. While he notes in his farewell that Creative has achieved a hard-earned reputation of “implementing outstanding programs in conflict-prone countries,” he, too, has earned the respect and trust from his dedicated staff and colleagues.
